At MANGOPOINT, we are committed to delivering the finest, carefully selected mangoes. As our products are highly perishable, we do not accept returns.
However, your experience matters deeply to us, and we stand by the quality of every box we deliver.
Quality Issues – What We’ll Do
If you receive mangoes with significant quality concerns (damage, spoilage, or transit-related issues):

Please notify us within 6 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos for assessment

After review, we will offer:

Store credits, or

Replacement (case-by-case, per affected fruit)
Important Notes

Minor variations in ripeness, color, or natural marks are normal for farm-fresh produce and do not qualify as defects

Claims raised after 6 hours of delivery may not be eligible

For situations outside the above, resolutions (if any) are at MANGOPOINT’s discretion
